Hello and welcome! My name is Meghan.
My mission is to facilitate and support individuals on their journeys of self inquiry and psychospiritual transformation, and to support and foster decolonization in myself, others, and the world.
I envision a world in which people experience greater self-awareness, acceptance, and liberation, by cultivating emotional resilience and strengthening our connections to one another and to the immanent loving divine. I believe that “the personal is political,” and that by decolonizing our own psyches and bodies from narratives of harm and trauma we can not only bring greater freedom into our own lives and relationships, but “be the change we wish to see in the world.”
I operate with the values of respectful relationship and intentional engagement through loving boundaries; personal integrity and integral connection through personal and social response-ability; and compassionate acceptance towards self and others.
